I met Angel about five months ago when our mutual friend Reba Linker shared her vision of the amazing AtoZ Healing Space. Angel and I came in to assist Reba in making this vision a reality. Knowing Reba, meeting Angel and the other women involved in its creation made me know this was something that was very special and I am honored to be a part of. Angel has the presence of what I would imagine an Angel to feel like; kind, loving, peaceful, gentle yet also you sense a deep wisdom, connection and strength. I have met and worked with Angel many times by now within Joni’s AtoZ Healing Space’s women’s group, during my workshop online, receiving a reading via AtoZ and video calls with our group and it always feels wonderful being around her. The reading I received from her was RIGHT ON target! I love Angel’s answers to these questions below and feel you will sense her wisdom in the answers she gave. The quote she mentions by Dr. Dyer was the first quote I came across that truly made me know I could heal and feel better and one I go to often. I highly recommend taking her up on the visionary catalyst call that she is offering to gain insight into whatever you may need help with right now. It is an absolute honor to bring you someone I consider to be a real life Earth Angel; the highly aligned and inspirational Angel Fullerton.
AIM Spotlight for Angel Fullerton
1) Please tell us a quote that you aim to live by- whether it be your own or from someone else that has inspired you.
If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. – Wayne Dyer
Throughout life, I seemed to always find myself fascinated with the behavior of others, how they think, and how they perceive things. Even as a child, with four siblings, it amazed me how we could all have the exact same experience but tell a different tale.
I’m big on perception, illusion, and story-telling (and as a result- individual and collective truth) and the deeper meaning of this quote from Wayne Dyer beautifully conveys the reason why there are many variations in the same experience. From it, I have gleaned my own little truism that I utilize in interacting with others: “I can’t help them ‘un-see’ what they see until I can see what they see.” For any type of relationship to be mutually beneficial, we have to be looking at the same story. It puts me into a place of empathy, nonjudgment, and active listening. It isn’t for manipulation, persuasion, or changing one’s mind – it’s for opening up new possibilities.
Whenever I’m faced with a challenge or obstacle, I ask myself, “Is there another angle in this story I can follow?” If I can look at it differently, the obstacle transforms or disappears entirely.
2) Tell us about a moment when one of your greatest shifts occurred in your life or in one of your clients’ lives.
I’ve had many great shifts in life. My life is a series of adventures from one shift to the next. More recently, I experienced a shift in my ‘disease to please’ brought about by a heart-wrenching experience of deceit and betrayal. I call my experience ‘unleashing the dragon’: boundaries were erected, where none existed before; I found where I ended and others began; anger was recognized as a creative force; and, most importantly, my voice was freed from the confines of sugar coating, people pleasing, and not speaking my truth.
Given that, my current adventure in life is attending “Dragon Training Academy” where I learn to ride my dragon with ease and grace. To respect and honor my boundaries, as well as, other people’s boundaries. To neither cross the line nor tow it. To understand I am individual yet collective. To indulge the creative, life-giving aspects of my being. To speak my truth and remain open and receptive to the ever-changing winds.
3) Please let us know and describe one to three things that you are passionate about in what you do – (for work or for play or both)
My main passion is helping others who feel hopeless or lost. There’s joy in guiding others through the dark tunnel of despair into the light. We all, at some point in life, find ourselves consumed by our circumstances and can’t see a way out. It’s a magical experience when you can join them in that tunnel (their story) and ignite the spark that illuminates the path. And, it doesn’t necessarily have to go as deep as this. It can simply be a project, idea, or personal issue that keeps them walking in circles in the dark.
I’m also passionate about any form of communication with the Universe. Whether that’s oracle cards, animals and nature, channeling, numbers, vibrations, repetitions. I love it all! It’s the one passion I’ve always held onto, despite the critics. It is in these forms of communication that we can weave the best stories!
4) If you could give one piece of advice, one action to take, or one tool to empower people right now what would that be?
Ask. All of life is an act of co-creation. Don’t stay stuck or in the dark. Whether it’s a business project or personal challenge, if the answer doesn’t hit you suddenly while you’re in the shower or driving (there’s magic pixie dust in these spaces- I believe) after a few days of mulling it over, ask for a way out from someone who may know. Having difficulty processing emotions – ask for an empathetic ear. I firmly believe you’re stuck on whatever the issue is simply because it requires the clarity and energy of another being’s eyes or input.
5) If you were to offer one of your services or products that best represents what you do, what would it be and how can the readers find out more?
